Store manager is a tool

Let's see - with the iPhone, one is guaranteed to have their phone fixed so long as they come in with the problem within 30 days of purchase. Camera on iPhone malfunctions within 2 days, take it the store, only to have the store manager say the only way one can get a new phone is to have some piece of the original BOX - not an actual piece to the phone....the frickin' box it came in. Says serial number is on it...well, Sherlock, the serial number is on the phone, too! Like one doesn't know what game you are playing.
