Our son lives in Bristol we usually go at least once to eat at Macado's when we are visiting from North Carolina the food it's always good and the wait staff is nice.

Food was mediocre. Took forever. And server was awful (introduced herself and explained she would be slow because she was hung over)

Support local business, not this lame chain. Try CJ's on 6th Street instead for a great sandwich and the friendliest service in town.

Check your food before eating. Sometimes it is good that I used to be a cook! Undercooked burger! Waiting on a new one on the house.

If you are expecting fast service, you will be disappointed. Food is not bad though.

Don't get any a-1 sauce it will cost you a dollar. Also don't get a sub, they are dry as hell and you will need a-1
