I've stayed there 3 times, even when it was Comfort Inn. For your money, I say it's the best value... then again, my hotel stays are just to sleep and shower, not too picky for amenities, it has Wi-Fi, a pool, location is ideal for the local attractions, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I won't stay anywhere else in Kingsport or Tri-cities for my money.
