Tips for Animal Medical Clinic

Dr Riehl and his staff showed my pet and me a great deal of care and concern. He saw my pet after it was misdiagnosed by another vet and he correctly identified the diabetes and now Sade is on insulin. Dr Riehl explained the problems with diabetes and possible future complications. He had all the supplies including syringes and said I could bring the used syringes back to be properly disposed of.

They took a photo of my pet and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. Super vet and a great staff, I ll be back for sure

Compassionate doctor and staff. I did not know that you could vaccinate cats for feline leukemia vaccine as Buster was a barn cat, but one I really loved. Buster started loosing weight and not eating. Dr Riehl checked him for feline leukemia and he was positive for the virus. Other lab work showed Buster was in grave shape, and I ended up putting Buster to sleep. Dr Riehl and his staff were very compassionate and caring in my time of grief. A few days later I even received a sympathy card. Soon, I?ll get another cat, and I?ll take him to Dr Riehl.

Super vet for generations. I have been taking my pets for generations of my pets as well as generations of my family. When I first started with Dr Riehl 25 years ago, he took care of my wire-haired terrier until he finally passed away from chronic renal disease at 21 years. Now my children are grown up and take their pets to Dr Riehl, and soon my grandchildren will be old enough to take their pets to Animal Medical Clinic. Dr Riehl has always helped and his staff is super.

Great service, staff and doctor. Took my pet in for second opinion and the staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The doctor came in shortly and examined my pet, reviewed the records I brought along and radiographs. He noticed some different problems from my first veterinarian, ran some tests to confirm his diagnosis and prescribed treatment. In 24 hours my pet was well on the road to recovery. The staff called me the next day to ask how my pet was doing- imagine that- my own personal doctor doesn't call me to check on me!

I now have a new veterinarian with Dr Riehl.

Just not right. Dr. Riehl actually has a button for Wendy and the other front desk people to push so that it will go off if someone in the rooms is talking to him and taking up too much of his time. I used to work there and i was pretty happy there, but i always thought this technique was wrong. There were clients there that had some questions about their sick animals and if he was discharging them and they were asking him alot of questions the buzzer would go off. I said something about this one day and thats pretty much why im not there anymore. I realize i should have kept my opinions to myself, but i just didnt agree with this.
