If you can find it, it's well worth the trip, Near the inter section of HWY 93 and HWyY 11w in Kingsport, TN. Betty's Stockyard Cafe' is a diamond in the rough. It's located on thegrounds of the Kingsport Livestock Auction. Open Tue- Sat 6:30am to around 1:30, unless there is a Cattle or Horse sale across the parking lot in the auction pit. The lot is full before sunrise, construction guys, city workers, and the occasional couple might stroll in. U shaped bar, seating for about 30. Usually very crowded. Make sure you scrape off the manure before you come in.

- Cons: usually crowded, call ahead and pick it up
