Love Dashboard Audio – Dashboard Audio has provided excellent service to my family on two occassions. I purchased a remote start and they installed the start and it has worked perfectly for many years.

thanks a million – I have purchased many pieces of car audio equipment from these guys and all has been exceptional. The staff is helpful and knowlegeable as well as honest. They have never sent me down the wrong path. The equipment is the best on the market. Overall Dashboard Audio and its employees are the best in the area. If you have a problem with a piece of equipment or the installation go back to them and they will take care of it. The guys there are great at taking care of customers with or with out problems.
great products great service – Hey I walked into the store an explained what I wanted for my truck. Rich showed me a couple of options and explained to me pricing on both options. I also had some equipment that I already had from another truck I sold. He told me that was not a problem, gave me some prices and options on the new equipment In about 15 minutes we made a deal and I was out the door. I droped my truck off the next week on the day dicussed. Picked up my truck and all is great. The equipmet an install was FIRST CLASS. They took the time to explain the way everything worked and I have been back a couple of time to ask questions, they are always willing to help and answer my questions. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good audio and great install. THANKS again for the nice work. An by the way not sure about the first review but I have never heard anything but good things about these guys even on the streets. They have been around for along time unlike some other places so they have to be doinf something right. Thanks again
TERRIBLE People Skills – I agree with the first review on the page. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if I was a moron. I had them install some speakers that I had received as a Christmas present. I would have installed them myself, but the manufacturer offered an extended warranty if they were installed by one of their approved service centers and this was the only one within 80 miles. The manager (?) seemed genuinely angry that I had not purchased the speakers from him, and even went so far as to tell me that I had bought inferior speakers.
To their credit, all of the other workers in the shop were genuinely nice and easy to be around. They still did not make up for the actions of the aforementioned employee. Avoid this place like the plague.

The guys down at dashboard audio gave me great service. I don't think that any place in the area could beat out this place.
Not only did they install my subwoofers quick and cheap, but the guys were as nice as could be.
also, i would like to say that this wierdo that wrote the 1st review is a wack job. I havent experienced one flaw with my subwoofers. But then again, everyone makes mistakes. Mabey they did mess up for the first and last time
Avoid this business at all costs unless you a masochist – I had to take my truck back twice to have a problem corrected due to a defective installation job. On the second return trip I was asked to decide how to fix the problem. I should not have been asked in any way to make that decision, that is why I paid for professional installation in the first place. When I expressed this, I was verbally not just abused, but attacked. It was absolutely the worst experience with an employee I've ever had at any business. He has the worst people skills of any person working at a business I have ever encountered. And to beat it all, he said he thought I had caused the problem both times. He said they had never had the problem before with hundreds of installations. Guess I was just unfortunate enough to be the first, someone has to be sooner or later. It's hard to deal with a business that thinks it's perfect, that it never makes mistakes. It's really they never admit mistakes.
